We only collect data necessary to provide core CRM (Customer Relationship Management), pipeline tracking, and route discovery functionality:

We do not sell, monetize, or rent any user or business data. We share information only with secure cloud service providers essential to app operations:

• Supabase: Provides enterprise-grade encrypted database hosting, user authentication, and real-time synchronization.
• Google Maps & LocationIQ: Provides map tile rendering, reverse geocoding of business addresses, and routing data.

4. Data Retention, Security, and Protection

We implement strict security measures to safeguard your information, including industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption in transit and AES encryption at rest.

Your CRM records and account data are retained for as long as your account remains active. If you archive or delete records, they are handled in accordance with our retention and backup policies.

5. Account Deletion and User Rights

You have complete control over your personal and business data:

• Access and Export: You can view and export your contacts, notes, and records directly through the app's Import/Export screen.
• Data Deletion: You can request full deletion of your account and all associated CRM records at any time directly through the in-app Settings menu, via our Account Deletion Page, or by emailing support@oem-experts.com. Upon verification, all associated data will be permanently purged within 30 days.

The Playbook is an enterprise business productivity application and is not intended for or marketed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
