Account & Data Deletion Request

At OEM Experts, we value your privacy and security. When an account deletion is requested, all information and access privileges stored under that user's profile in our primary database are permanently deleted.

1 How to Cancel or Delete Your Account

Option A: Directly Inside the App (Instant)

Open The Playbook on your mobile device.
Navigate to the Settings tab.
Select Account & Security.
Scroll down to the Account Management & Cancellation section.
Tap Cancel Account (to place your subscription on hold) or Delete Account (to immediately remove your login credentials and active profile from Supabase).
Confirm the prompt.

Canceling vs. Deleting: Canceling places your account and subscription on hold while preserving your login. Deleting removes your user authentication record and profile completely.

Option B: Submit Web Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit an account deletion request directly to our support team using the form below or by emailing support@oem-experts.com with the subject "Playbook Account Deletion Request". Open in Gmail

2 Account Deletion & Data Retention Breakdown

Category	Live Status	Policy & Backup Retention Details
Active User Account & Login Credentials	Permanently Deleted	The user account, authentication profile, and active access credentials are permanently deleted from Supabase.
CRM Contacts, Customer Notes & Pipeline Data	Deleted from Live App	All information stored under that user's live profile is deleted from active app views.
Enterprise Historical Data Backup	Preserved in Master Backup	An encrypted system backup of data from all users is retained securely.

Account Reactivation & Backup Restoration Policy

Important Note: All information stored under the user's active account is permanently deleted from the live system upon account deletion. However, an encrypted historical backup of all user data is maintained in our secure infrastructure.

If the user chooses to return to The Playbook in the future, their historical data and records can be restored and re-added to a new account for a data restoration fee, provided the user successfully verifies their identity as the same person.
